Five injured as vehicle in Amir Muqam’s convoy meets accident in Murree

Five people were injured as a vehicle in the convoy of the federal minister for Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan affairs, Amir Muqam, met with an accident in the Muree. 

Amir Muqam was returning from a three-day visit to Kashmir. Where he paid visits to different sectors of the line of control as tension arose after the Pahalgam Attack in Indian Occupied Kashmir, and India accused Pakistan of it.

 A vehicle in the convoy of Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs, Gilgit-Baltistan, and SAFRON, Engineer Amir Muqam, met with a road accident near Murree on Wednesday while returning to Islamabad following a successful visit to Azad Kashmir.

According to initial reports, the accident resulted in injuries to five individuals. Fortunately, Federal Minister Amir Muqam remained unharmed.

Immediately after the incident, the minister personally inquired about the condition of the injured, offered prayers for their swift recovery, and issued directives for their urgent medical treatment. The injured were promptly shifted to CMH Murree, where they are currently receiving care.

Speaking on the occasion, Engineer Amir Muqam expressed his gratitude that no lives were lost. “The injured are our companions. We stand with them and will ensure they receive every possible assistance,” he said.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident, while the minister’s office confirmed that all necessary support is being extended to the affected individuals.
