KHUZDAR: Five students embraced martyrdom and 36 others were injured when a remote-controlled bomb device hit a bus carrying school children in the Khuzdar area of Balochistan on Wednesday morning.
According to the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), this terrorist attack was carried out by elements working as proxies for India. The statement said that this cowardly act was carried out by targeting a school bus in which unarmed and innocent students were on board. The terrorists planned the attack from India, while Indian proxies present in Balochistan executed it. The aim of this cowardly attack was not only to target innocent lives but also to spread unrest in Balochistan to destabilise the country. The ISPR further said that “after its failure on the battlefield, India is waging a proxy war through terrorism in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.” After the incident, security forces have cordoned off the area and launched a search operation, while the injured children have been shifted to the hospital for immediate medical treatment. The Khuzdar tragedy has sparked outrage across the country, with the public strongly condemning Indian intervention and terrorism.
