KOHAT: Malak Asad, a former district nazim of Kohat, was shot dead by unknown assailants near the Blitang area, according to police reports. The attack occurred within the jurisdictions of the Blitang and Gambat police stations.
During the incident, Malik Asad was killed, and his driver was injured. The driver was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. It is noteworthy that Malik Asad was the brother of the late former Divisional Inspector General (DIG) Malik Saad.
