SWAT: Four terrorists were killed in a joint intelligence-based operation (IBO) in Swat district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa here on Friday.
According to a statement issued by the Inter-Services-Public-Relation (ISPR), a joint intelligence-based operation was conducted by the Security forces in Swat on the presence of terrorists.
It said forces effectively conducted the IBO and killed all four terrorists.
According to the statement, weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the killed khwarij, who remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities in the area.
Sanitisation operation is being conducted to eliminate any other Kharji found in the area, as the Security Forces in coordination with Law Enforcement Agencies of Pakistan are determined to wipe out the menace of terrorism from the country.
