Four tourists dead, two injured as flash floods hit Babusar after heavy rain

PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has expressed deep sorrow over the loss of life and property due to flash floods in the Babusar area of Mansehra district.

The Chief Minister conveyed his “heartfelt sorrow and grief” specifically over the deaths of three people when floodwaters swept away tourist vehicles. He also expressed his best wishes for the safe recovery of individuals still reported missing.

CM Gandapur directed the district administration to take urgent steps and utilize all available resources to locate the missing persons. He further instructed authorities to ensure timely medical assistance is provided to those injured in the incident.

The Chief Minister extended his heartfelt sympathy and condolences to the families of the deceased, stating he “equally shares the grief of the bereaved families.”
