The gold prices in Pakistan and worldwide rose for the third consecutive day on Wednesday.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the cost of 24-karat gold per tola witnessed a notable rise of Rs4,000 on Monday, reaching Rs342,500. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold surged by Rs3,429, bringing it to Rs293,638.

The international gold market also experienced substantial fluctuations, with the cost of gold per ounce increasing by $40 to hit $3,241.
On the other hand, silver prices in Pakistan remained stable, with the cost of a tola of 24-karat silver steady at Rs3,410, and the price for 10 grams of silver at Rs2,923.
