Gold rates decrease by Rs. 1,800 per tola in Pakistan

KARACHI: All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association on Friday said that the per tola cost of 24-karat gold decreased by Rs. 1,800 and was sold at Rs. 350,900 as compared to its sale at Rs. 352,700 on the last trading day.

Likewise, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also decreased by Rs. 1,543 and was sold at Rs. 300,840 against the sale price of Rs. 302,383, while the price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold declined to Rs. 275,780 from Rs. 277,194.

The price of per tola and ten-gram silver remained unchanged at Rs. 3,417 and Rs. 2,929, respectively.

The Association reported that in the international market, the price of gold also dropped by $18 to $3,325 from $3,343, while the price of silver remained stable at $32.35.
