The federal government has approved significant appointments and transfers within the upper echelons of the bureaucracy.
As part of this decision, Syed Waqarul Hassan, who previously served as Special Secretary at the Federal Ministry of National Health, has been transferred and appointed as the Senior Member of the Federal Land Commission. He is a Grade 22 officer and a member of the Pakistan Administrative Service.
Additionally, Talat Mahmood, who is currently serving as the Member Admin at the Capital Development Authority (CDA), has received another three-month extension to continue his duties as Member State of the CDA. This extension will take effect from August 17, 2025.
