Governor Sindh expressed grief over the losses of lives in flood, vowed to visit KP

Governor Sindh Kamran Tesori, while expressing deep sorrow and grief over the recent flood disasters in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has said that he will visit Khyber Pakhtunkhwa soon to express his sympathy with the flood victims and the provincial government.

Talking to the media in Sukkur, the Governor Sindh said, “In this hour of difficulty, we cannot leave the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa alone, we stand with them in this hour of sorrow.”

He said that he is deeply saddened by the loss of hundreds of precious lives and the destruction of infrastructure due to the floods in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and the federal and provincial governments should work together to take immediate recovery measures.

Kamran Tesori further said that the Sindh government also expresses its full solidarity with the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and is ready to provide any possible assistance.

It should be remembered that in recent days, heavy rains and flash floods have caused massive loss of life and property in various areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where many areas are still awaiting rescue and relief.
