Pakistani actress Hania Aamir and Indian singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh’s joint film “Sardar Ji 3” has set new records of popularity after its release in Pakistan.
The film achieved great success at the box office and the audience appreciated the duo of both the artists.
On the other hand, the film is facing strong opposition in India. Due to the boycott of the Indian Film Workers Union, “Sardar Ji 3” could not be released in India. Not only this, but the trailer of the film has also been blocked on YouTube in India, which is receiving strong reactions on social media.
Famous Bollywood actor Naseeruddin Shah has also reacted to this controversy and has come out in support of Diljit Dosanjh.
In his social media statement, he said, “I stand with Diljit, some goons want the people of Pakistan and India to lose contact, but artists will have to stand together against this thinking.”
It should be noted that Diljit Dosanjh has already expressed that he has no interest in working in Bollywood.
He said, “I love music, and I don’t need anyone’s permission. I am free and will continue to do music.”
