Saudi Arabia launches cooling projects for Hajj 2025 pilgrims

ISLAMABAD: Pakistani Hajj pilgrims will benefit from unprecedented facilities this year, announced Director Hajj Makkah Azizullah Khan in an exclusive interview with Radio Pakistan.

Speaking to correspondent Abdul Rehman Cheema on Monday, Khan revealed major upgrades in Mashair accommodations:

– Comfortable sleeping arrangements: Sofa-cum-beds replacing traditional mattresses

– Improved tents:Gypsum board walls installed for better insulation

– Enhanced cooling:*Air conditioners replacing old air coolers

– Smart storage:Elevated luggage racks for added convenience

Khan confirmed that dedicated teams are working 24/7 to ensure seamless food, health, and transport services. Over 99% of pilgrims have already received their Nusuk Cards, streamlining their holy journey.
