The Islamabad High Court has sought a detailed report from the CDA officials regarding the case of Shah Allah Ditta victims of land grabbers and directed CDA Magistrate that not abide the NAB order as it has already ruined the affairs of the state.
During the hearing, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani remarked that NAB has already sunk the boat, NAB is not in a good situation. During the hearing, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani ordered the CDA to submit a complete report within a month.
Islamabad High Court Judge Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, while talking to CDA Magistrate Sardar Asif, told that if you take action on the orders of NAB, then where is the law? NAB has already sunk the boat, NAB is not in a good situation, do not follow the orders of NAB, do not be afraid of anyone, help people whatever may happen.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani further said that be it a judge, police officer or CDA employee, whoever is afraid should get himself transferred, you are not afraid of taking advantage but you are afraid of doing your job.
He further remarked that mistakes are not punished but dishonesty will be punished, and the jurisdiction of NAB and FIA along with civil rights must also be considered.
