RAWALPINDI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan has expressed his concerns about the controversial “Mines and Minerals Bill” related to mineral resources in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and has specifically called Ali Amin Gandapur for a meeting to discuss this important legislation.
The details of the recent meeting between Imran Khan, who is imprisoned in Adiala Jail, and his lawyers have come to light. During this meeting, he openly discussed the internal affairs of the party and the situation in the country.
According to sources, Imran Khan shared his views on Sher Afzal Marwat during the meeting and said, “Thank God, we got rid of Sher Afzal Marwat.” He blasted over the fees charged by Sher Afzal Marwat’s lawyers and the statements made about Aleema Khan.
Sources indicate that Imran Khan reiterated his concerns regarding the controversial “Mines and Minerals Bill” and has specially summoned Ali Amin Gandapur to discuss this issue. He conveyed a message to the party leadership that, in the current situation, all internal differences should be resolved, and the leadership should move forward unitedly.

Additionally, he sent a strong message to Barrister Gohar regarding his recent “apologetic” behaviour. Imran Khan also pointed out that the government has caused unprecedented delays in diplomatic talks with Afghanistan, adversely affecting a province like Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, which is vulnerable to terrorism.
Furthermore, Imran Khan expressed serious concerns over the lack of the rule of law and directed senior lawyer Salman Akram Raja to write a letter to the Chief Justice of Pakistan, informing the judiciary about this serious situation.
