The standard iPhone 17will reportedly start at $799, matching the iPhone 16’s launch price. However, the Pro models face hikes:
iPhone 17 Pro: Expected at $1049 (up $50 from iPhone 16 Pro’s $999)
iPhone 17 Pro Max: Expected at $1249 (up $50 from iPhone 16 Pro Max’s $1199)
iPhone 17 Air: The new model is tipped to start at $949 – $50 more than the iPhone 16 Plus.
Sources attribute the price rises primarily to tariffs imposed by former US President Donald Trump on components sourced from China and India.
