In the 7th match of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 10, Islamabad United secured a convincing 47-run victory over Multan Sultans at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
Batting first after losing the toss, Islamabad United posted a strong total of 203 runs in 20 overs. Openers Sahibzada Farhan (50) and Colin Munro (48) laid a solid foundation, while Haider Ali (33) and Jason Holder (32) provided a late surge. Multan’s bowlers struggled, with Chris Jordan taking two wickets.
In response, Multan Sultans were bowled out for 155 in 18.4 overs. Captain Mohammad Rizwan (38), Usman Khan (31), and Iftikhar Ahmed (32) tried to stabilize the innings, but Islamabad’s bowlers dominated. Jason Holder claimed four wickets, while Imad Wasim took two.

With this win, Islamabad United has now won three consecutive matches, topping the points table with six points. Meanwhile, Multan Sultans remain winless in the tournament so far.
