PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government solarised the District Bar Association Nowshera building and vowed to take further steps for the empowerment of the legal community all over the province.
Addressing the opening ceremony, Chairman District Development Committee Nowshera, Zar Alam Khan urged upon the legal community to support the poor litigants who come to the court to seek justice. He inaugurated the illuminating ceremony of the district Bar Association Nowshera Building, and vowed to take more steps in the future for the Lawyer fraternity.
DDC Chairman and Member of Provincial Assembly Zar Alam Khan, while addressing the ceremony held at the District Bar Nowshera, said that the government is trying to provide cheap and timely justice to the people.
He appealed to the legal community to fully guide the litigants who approach the courts. District Bar President Mian Arshad Jan and General Secretary Fawad Khan also addressed the ceremony. Zar Alam Khan also provided funds for two transformers.
It is to mentioned here that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government have spent millions of rupees on various solarization projects of Mosques and school. This initiative aimed to reduce dependency on WAPDA and provide cheap energy to the residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
