PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Ali Amin Khan Gandapur, while giving an important message regarding the Mines and Minerals Bill 2025, has said that the mineral resources of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are a valuable asset of our people, and their protection and provincial sovereignty will not be compromised under any circumstances.
The Chief Minister said that some elements were deliberately spreading false and misleading propaganda against the bill, which is contrary to reality.
He clarified that the provincial government would fully defend the rights of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa at all levels.
Ali Amin Gandapur further said that the aim of the Mines and Minerals Bill 2025 is to promote transparency, ensure the development of mineral resources and effectively protect the public interest.
He said that the spirit of the bill was linked to public welfare and the prosperity of the province, and no one would be allowed to make it controversial.
