NOWSHERA: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has decided to form a Joint Investigation Team (JIT) to investigate the suicide blast at Darul Uloom Haqqania, Akora Khattak.
Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Khan Gandapur visited Darul Uloom Haqqania and expressed his condolences to the family of martyr Maulana Hamidul Haq and prayed for the elevation of the martyrs’ ranks.
On this occasion, he termed the incident as regrettable and condemnable and said that Maulana Hamidul Haq’s martyrdom is an irreparable loss and his religious and political services will always be remembered.
He said that Darul Uloom Haqqania has played an important role in serving the religion of Islam. A Joint Investigation Team is being formed to investigate the incident and all possible steps will be taken to identify the perpetrators of this heinous act and bring them to justice.
Ali Amin Gandapur said that in the next few days, a JIT statement will be issued and every effort will be made to reach the roots of this tragic incident, the elements involved in the incident will not be able to escape the clutches of the law.
The Chief Minister assured that all possible steps will be taken to bring those responsible for the incident to justice. He said that the JIT will be formed soon, and the elements involved in this heinous act will not be able to escape the clutches of the law.
He added that the nation’s unity against terrorism will be further strengthened after this incident and all possible financial assistance will be provided to the affected families.
