PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department has issued urgent instructions to all District Health Officers (DHOs) and Medical Superintendents (MSs) to provide immediate details of court cases involving government lands and financial liabilities.
In an emergency circular, the department directed officials to submit complete records of both settled and ongoing land-related litigation through a Google Form. The circular emphasized that these cases require priority attention due to their judicial nature.
The move comes after the KP Board of Revenue instructed all provincial departments to compile data on court cases and financial claims against the government. The Health Department is now working to gather its records in compliance with these orders.
