PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister’s advisor on health Ehtesham Ali has inaugurated a modern Cath Lab unit at Khyber Teaching Hospital (KTH. The Health Secretary and DG Health were also present on the occasion.
Addressing the inauguration ceremony, the Health Advisor appreciated the efforts of the hospital administration and staff and expressed hope that this modern lab would prove to be very useful for the people of the province, especially patients suffering from heart diseases.
He announced that all procedures in the Cath Lab will be done under the Sehat Sahulat Card so that maximum patients can benefit from this facility.
Ehtesham Ali directed the hospital administration to ensure all the standards of the Sehat Card so that the best facilities can be provided to the patients.
Appreciating the services and development of the Khyber Teaching Hospital, he said that the government is making every effort to establish Cath Labs in all divisional level hospitals of the province so that the people can get quality treatment facilities near them.
