Heavy traffic in London caused major delays for the One Day International (ODI) match between England and West Indies. The scheduled toss couldn’t happen on time because both teams struggled to reach the stadium.
In an unusual move, several England players resorted to cycling to the venue to bypass the gridlock. The West Indies team also got stuck, forcing the toss to be postponed.
Despite the late start, a large crowd of enthusiastic fans filled the stadium. Match organizers confirmed the game began after a slight delay.
Organizers stated they are now discussing the severe traffic situation with local authorities to prevent similar disruptions for future matches.
