Maulana Fazlur Rehman urges govt to withdraw Nobel nomination proposal for Trump

Maulana Fazal calls for judicial probe into Kohistan financial Scandal

Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has said that US President Donald Trump’s hands are stained with the blood of the oppressed in Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan and now Iran. The Pakistani government should immediately withdraw its recommendation for the Nobel Prize for former US President Donald Trump.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman termed the recent US attack on Iran as a serious violation of international and humanitarian laws and said that if we do not support Iran, will we support Israel? He made it clear that the JUI declares its full support for Iran.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that friendship with America is acceptable but not slavery, relations should be based on national sovereignty, popular sovereignty and economic freedom.
He said that in the last three months, the US delegation came to meet him three times, after which he also attended a diplomatic ceremony.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that Modi’s era is over and India will have to rethink its strategy. The last war was between Pakistan and Modi in which Pakistan was united and Modi was alone on the global stage.
He said that the US attack on Iran is actually an attempt to stop China’s economic rise, but its biggest economic loss has been to Pakistan. Now the economic balance is shifting from Europe to Asia, which is welcome for the entire region.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman emphasised the role of madrasas and scholars and said that as long as the scholars were in power in the subcontinent, there was no sectarian rioting. The religious and secular division in the education system is a conspiracy of the British.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman strongly criticized the ongoing legislation in the country and said that un-Islamic and unconstitutional laws are being made and instead of marriage, adultery is being promoted in society, which is a dangerous trend.
