NOWSHERA: The funeral prayers of Maulana Hamidul Haq Shaheed was held in the same hall where the deadly explosion occurred.
A large number of people, including students, religious, social, and political leaders, attended the prayer.
Hafiz Muhibullah Shakir, Afghanistan’s Consul General in Peshawar, joined the mourners. Jamaat-e-Islami chief Sirajul Haq, former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Ghulam Ali, and other prominent figures also participated.
The funeral prayers for three victims, including Maulana Hamidul Haq, took place at Jamia Darul Uloom Haqqania, Akora Khattak. Hundreds of students from the seminary joined the gathering to pay their respects.
Authorities shifted all three injured to the hospital for treatment. The attack has sparked grief and outrage among the community.
