Muslim Youth University pays tribute to Pak Army sacrifices

ISLAMABAD: An impressive and emotional ceremony was organised at the Muslim Youth University, Islamabad, to pay tribute to the courageous response and sacrifices of the Pakistani Armed Forces against Indian aggression.

The ceremony was titled “Battle of the Banyan-e-Marsoos”, in which a large number of the Vice Chancellor, faculty members and students of the university participated. The participants expressed their full solidarity with the Pakistan Army in the context of national security, national defence and sacrifices. Addressing the ceremony, the Vice Chancellor said that we pay tribute to the sacrifices of the Pakistani Armed Forces and consider Indian aggression as terrorism. The role of our forces in thwarting every attempt of the enemy is unforgettable. During the ceremony, the students acknowledged the services of the Pakistan Army with great passion and devotion and made it clear that we stand by our armed forces. If the Indian enemy attacks again, they will respond even more strongly than before.

The students said that they are not only filled with patriotism but are also determined to play an active role in the development of Pakistan in the fields of education, research and service. A student said that we are proud of our soldiers. Their sacrifices will not go in vain. We are ready to fight against the enemy till the last drop of blood. The ceremony ended with the national anthem and slogans of Pak Army Zindabad and the atmosphere resonated with feelings of love for the country.
