No hostile plot can erode armed forces’ determination: COAS

RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Asim Munir visited Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Rawalpindi on Monday to inquire about the health and recovery of soldiers and innocent civilians injured during Marka-e-Haq / Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos, according to a statement issued by the ISPR.

During the visit, the Army Chief personally met with the wounded, commending their remarkable courage and unwavering dedication. He reaffirmed the Pakistan Armed Forces’ firm commitment to ensuring their continued care, rehabilitation, and long-term welfare.

“The valour and sacrifice of our civilians and soldiers are the bedrock of Pakistan’s security,” said General Munir. “The entire nation stands firmly united with every member of its armed forces.”

The COAS emphasised that no hostile agenda can weaken the resolve of Pakistan’s military. He noted that the steadfast and unified response demonstrated during Marka-e-Haq / Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos—supported by the unwavering solidarity of the Pakistani people—marks a defining chapter in the nation’s military history.
