LEEPA VALLEY: Indian forces resumed light weapons fire targeting Pakistani forward posts in the disputed Lipa Valley sector on Monday, marking the third such clash this week. The Pakistan Army retaliated “vigorously,” reportedly inflicting heavy casualties and material losses on Indian troops, according to military sources.
The latest skirmish follows a pattern of nighttime shelling by Indian forces this week, met with immediate counterattacks by Pakistani troops. An Azad Digital report confirmed the repeated Indian provocations in the Lipa sector, stating Pakistan’s response had “silenced enemy guns.”
