RAWALPINDI: The toss was delayed at the Champions Trophy Group A fixture between the host Pakistan and Bangladesh in Rawalpindi due to rain.
As per details, the covers are in place as persistent rain showers in the host city threaten to disrupt the final Group clash of Pakistan vs Bangladesh.
According to the International Cricket Council rule, the points will be shared between the two sides if the match abounded.
Commenting on the weather, Pakistan Assistant Coach Azhar Mahmood said that he can’t predict Pindi weather. It is not looking great.
“We might get some game out of it, no one knows. We haven’t played well in this tournament. We have played good cricket in this format, but in the tournament, it has not gone well because of injuries,” he said.
