BANNU: Pakistan Army Seventh Division Sector 116th Brigade distributed books for the new academic year to the needy orphans and poor students studying in private educational institutions.
Sector Brigade Commander Brigadier Naveed Ahmed, Assistant Commissioner Headquarters Allah Nawaz Khan, Director Education Protection Bureau Principal Zulfiqar Ahmed, Military and Civil Liaison Committee member Nowruz Ali Karbala and parents of poor and needy students participated in the ceremony organised by the Education Protection Bureau at Bannu Cantt Bacha Khan Hall. Addressing the students on this occasion, Brigade Commander Brigadier Naveed Ahmed said that education is the most effective tool in the reconstruction of Pakistan. On this occasion, the Brigade Commander urged the students to continue their education at all costs.In the ceremony, school children also distributed cash prizes among the students who achieved outstanding positions in Naat Sharif, Milli Nagham and schools.
