Pakistan dispatches humanitarian aid to Afghanistan following earthquake

ISLAMABAD: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has confirmed Pakistan has dispatched humanitarian aid to Afghanistan for those affected by the recent earthquake.

While sharing a message on shared on social media platform X formerly knowns as Twitter, Senator Ishaq Dar said that the aid was sent following a telephonic conversation with the Afghan Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi.

Dar informed that 105 tons of relief goods have been sent, including ration bags, tents, blankets, mats, and essential medicines.

DPM highlighted that the aid is specifically for the earthquake victims and expressed Pakistan’s heartfelt sympathies with the affected Afghan families.
