Awami National Party Khyber Pakhtunkhwa President Mian Iftikhar Hussain has said that the recommendations presented in the Qaumi Amn Jirga will be implemented at all costs so that the blood of the people of this land can be accounted for and a peaceful and secure future can be provided to the coming generations.
Mian Iftikhar Hussain expressed his gratitude for the grand success of the National Peace Jirga held at Bacha Khan Markaz, Peshawar, and thanked all political parties, tribal elders, representatives of civil society, and intelligent people from different walks of life.
Mian Iftikhar Hussain stated that the full participation of all classes in the Jirga is a clear indication that the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are united in their commitment to the protection of peace, constitutional rights, and democracy.
He said that the valuable suggestions presented in the Jirga represent national solidarity, public participation and collective consciousness, and this is the basis on which a lasting solution to national problems is possible.
Awami National Party Khyber Pakhtunkhwa President Mian Iftikhar Hussain further said that now is the time to convert these suggestions into practical steps so that the dream of lasting peace can become a reality.
