The Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) has announced measures to ensure a continuous and reliable electricity supply across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during the upcoming Eid holidays.
To enhance customer satisfaction, PESCO has established a Crisis Management Cell at its WAPDA House headquarters in Peshawar, which will operate throughout the Eid period to swiftly address any power-related issues. Additionally, all regional offices have been equipped with essential resources, including trolley-mounted transformers and other necessary equipment, to respond promptly to emergencies.
Chief Engineer Operations, Muhammad Zubair, will oversee the Crisis Management Cell to ensure effective coordination and quick resolution of any power supply disruptions. Consumers can report issues by contacting their local complaint offices. If responses are delayed, the Crisis Management Cell can be reached at 091-9212010 or 091-9212037.
PESCO’s proactive approach highlights its dedication to providing uninterrupted electricity services during the festive season, allowing residents to celebrate Eid without worrying about power supply disruptions.
