The court, while hearing the petition of PTI Member National Assembly Shandana Gulzar against SHO Badabera, issued a notice to the CCP. MNA Shandana Gulzar told the court that people are going missing in my constituency, for the last three months while no FIRs have been registered for months, SHOs have come there and say that they want to implement Islamic law, people are being disappeared, Youths are being kidnapped, and women are being taken out of their homes by entering houses.

There are enmities, and people are being killed because of this. You have been representing them since 2013. Has the government ever held any jirga regarding the problems there?
According to the police reports that the court has received, there is a ban on weapons and ice there. what big project has the government given for your constituency, I am also from this constituency, has any university or college been built there.
MNA Shandana Gulzar told the court that Badhaber Girls College and Maternal and Child Hospital have been approved there. Justice Ijaz Anwar said that if you have any complaints, then tell them, we cannot ask anyone for answers only on allegations.
The court inquired whether the government had ordered an inquiry on this, and they will send their report. The court also summoned the CCP on July 23.
