The Peshawar High Court (PHC) heard an application concerning details of cases filed against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf women leaders, including MNAs Shandana Gulzar, Nadia Khattak, and Khadija Shah, who are seeking protective bail.
The hearing was conducted by a two-member bench composed of Justice Waqar Ahmed and Justice Kamran Hayat Miankhel. The court extended the protective bail for the three petitioners until September 9 and issued an order prohibiting the relevant authorities from arresting them in connection with the registered cases.
Additionally, the court directed the federal government and other involved parties to provide complete details and reports regarding the cases against the petitioners by the next hearing date.
