PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Friday sought a reply from the Advocate General, Attorney General and police in the five members of a Peshawar family missing in Charsadda along with a rickshaw.
During the hearing of a petition filed in the Peshawar High Court against the disappearance of five members of the same family who went from Peshawar to Charsadda in a rickshaw.

The lawyer of the petitioner told the court that the petitioners belong to the same family who went from Peshawar to Charsadda in a rickshaw, where they disappeared along with the rickshaw.
Acting Chief Justice SM Atiq Shah remarked that the disappearance along with the rickshaw is not a missing person case; it seems to be another matter.
The police should find out its location, while the Advocate General, Attorney General and police were also sought for a response at the next hearing.
