PM Shehbaz Condoles with Iranian President Over Bandar Abbas Tragedy

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister PM Shehbaz Sharif expressed deep sorrow on Sunday over the brutal killing of eight Pakistanis in Mehrestan, Sistan province, Iran. He voiced serious concern over the incident and extended his condolences to the families of the victims.

The Prime Minister emphasized that terrorism remains a major threat to regional peace and called for a united strategy among neighboring countries to combat it. He urged the Iranian government to swiftly arrest and punish those responsible and to disclose the reasons behind the attack.

Additionally, PM Shehbaz directed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to assist the victims’ families and ensure the safe return of the deceased’s bodies to Pakistan.
