SWABI: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Saturday strongly condemned the armed attack on policemen in Swabi, expressing profound grief and sorrow over the martyrdom of the officers.
According to a statement issued by the PM Office Media Wing, the prime minister paid homage to the martyred officers and offered prayers for strength and patience to their grieving families.
He directed authorities to conduct a thorough investigation into the incident and ensure that those responsible are brought to justice with exemplary punishment.
“We will not relent in our fight against terrorism until this menace is completely wiped out from our country,” the prime minister affirmed.
He acknowledged the tireless efforts of police officers and personnel, stating that they are working day and night to rid the nation of terrorism.
“We take immense pride in our police force, who continue to thwart the malicious plans of terrorists and safeguard our beloved homeland,” he added.
