PPP leader’s residence attacked in Peshawar

 

PESHAWAR: The Pakistan People Party (PPP) Peshawar division president’s residence was attacked by unknown assailants on Thursday evening; however, the inmates of the house remained unhurt.

According to the police, the PPP leader, Misbahuddin’s house was attacked by unknown armed men, however, the PPP leader and other inmates survived the firing incident.

Police said the house of the PPP leader was severely damaged due to heavy firing.

The miscreants had once bombed Misbahuddin’s house around seven years ago.

According to the police, the accused Babrak alias Babar, Adam Khan and others opened fire at the house gate in Amin Colony within the limits of Bhana Mari police station.

As a result, the gate was partially damaged, while no casualties or property damage were reported
