CHARSADDA: President of Fruit and grocery whole sale market, Shah Room Khan has appealed Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur and district administration to stop bulldozing their shops as all relevant legal documents have been submitted in the office of TMA to secure the lease of the land.
Talking to Pakhtun Digital Shah Room said that government depriving the people of their own business instead of promoting employment opportunities. He said that they have completed all documents for the land and the only transfer documents are pending due to stay in Peshawar High Court which would be provided soon after vacating the stay. He said that government and district administration must encourage their hard work as hundreds of laborers are getting their daily wages from this grocery market.
He maintained that provision of conducive environment for business activities is government responsibility but unfortunately they are not serious to fulfill this responsibility and instead of promoting business, they are depriving them from their existing resources to run their business.
He informed that the district administration has decided to bulldoze their market but first they would pass-over their dead bodies and later they will bulldoze the market. The people of the area would not allow the district administration to suppress their due rights and deprive them of their hard earn bread.
He demanded of the Chief Minister and Deputy Commissioner Charsadda to give them time for the rest of the requirements as the entire process have been completed and only attested copy of land transfer is remaining which they would provide after vacating the stay of high court.
It is important to mention here that large number of youth have left the country due to lack of job opportunities and those who have developed their business in the country are facing multiple hurdles to improve their business.
