LAHORE: Quetta Gladiators defeated Peshawar Zalmi by 64 runs in the 17th match of Pakistan Super League (PSL-10) at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore.
After winning the toss, Peshawar Zalmi opted to field first. Quetta Gladiators posted 178/7 in 20 overs, with Saud Shakeel and Finn Allen opening the innings.
Allen scored 31, while Saud Shakeel and Kusal Mendis contributed 32 runs each. Rilee Rossouw added 27, and Mark Chapman made 33 runs. For Zalmi, Alzarri Joseph claimed 3 wickets, Saim Ayub took 2, and Luke Wood grabbed 1.
Chasing the target, Zalmi were bowled out for 114, with Hussain Talat top-scoring with 39 runs. Faheem Ashraf starred with the ball, taking a five-wicket haul to seal the win for Quetta.
