PSL X: Quetta Gladiators defeat Peshawar Zalmi by 80 runs

Today’s PSL match in Rawalpindi postponed; remaining fixtures likely to be shifted to Karachi

RAWALPINDI: Quetta Gladiators handed Peshawar Zalmi a crushing 80-run defeat in the second match of Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season X.

Playing at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, Quetta Gladiators batted first and posted 216 runs in the allotted 20 overs. In response, Peshawar Zalmi were bowled out for 136 runs.

In the same match, Peshawar Zalmi captain Babar Azam won the toss and opted to bowl first.

It is worth mentioning that in the opening match of PSL 10 held yesterday, defending champions Islamabad United comfortably defeated Lahore Qalandars by 8 wickets.
