Rawalpindi hosts ceremony in honor of Pakistan armed forces

RAWALPINDI: A special ceremony was held in honour of the Pakistan Army during the innings break of a Pakistan Super League (PSL) match at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

The event was attended by Chief of Army Staff General Asim Munir, PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi, and DG ISPR Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry.

A moment of silence was observed to pay tribute to those martyred in recent Indian missile strikes across various parts of Pakistan. The solemn tribute was followed by resounding chants of “Pakistan Zindabad” from the crowd.
