ABBOTTABAD: The Abbottabad Education Department on Monday notified that all Private and government educational institutions will remain closed for next two days due to heavy snowfall received in Abbottabad’s Galiyat area.
It said that schools located in Union Council Barangli, Nagri Bala, Nathia Gali, Tajwal Patan Kalan, Kokum, Namli Mira and Khaira Gali will be closed for the next two days as heavy snowfall received in these areas of Abbottabad.
The administration has also imposed a ban on tourists visiting Galiyat citing the bad weather conditions and road blockades.
