BUNER: Former national cricket team captain and renowned all-rounder Shahid Afridi visited the Buner district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to console and assist the flood-affected people. During his visit, he toured various impacted areas and assessed the public’s challenges.
Afridi met with families who had lost loved ones in the recent floods and expressed his heartfelt condolences. He also distributed cash assistance and essential supplies to those affected.
Additionally, Afridi received a briefing from district administration and police officials regarding the ongoing relief operations in Buner and the support being provided to the victims.

The day before his visit, Shahid Afridi had shared a video message on social media, urging the entire nation to take an active role in helping flood victims. He emphasised that during this difficult time, the Pakistani nation consistently stands by each other.
