PESHAWAR: Aftab Ahmed Khan Sherpao, chief of the Qaumi Watan Party (QWP), has welcomed the Pakistani government’s decision to grant one-year multiple-entry visas to Afghan drivers and transporters, calling it a far-sighted and commendable move.
Sherpao stated that this decision would strengthen Pakistan-Afghanistan relations, boost trade, and create job opportunities in the region. He added that the visa policy would enhance economic cooperation and contribute to regional stability and prosperity.
The QWP leader also highlighted that the initiative would build public confidence and improve diplomatic ties between the two neighboring countries. He emphasized that such measures promote regional harmony and mutual trust, benefiting the broader interests of South Asia.
