Shibli Faraz and Kanwal Shozab contempt of court petitions dismissed for non-compliance

The Islamabad High Court has dismissed the contempt of court petitions of PTI leaders Senator Shibli Faraz and Kanwal Shozab for non-compliance.

Both PTI leaders had filed these petitions for not removing their names from the travel ban list. However, despite the case being called twice, no lawyer appeared for both leaders, on which Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri dismissed the petitions. Both PTI leaders had filed contempt of court petitions for non-implementation of the court order.

It should be remembered that both leaders had filed contempt of court petitions for non-implementation of the court order.
