Islamabad : Rumors about the return of the iconic Suzuki Mehran have been circulating on social media, but Pak Suzuki Motor Company has officially denied any plans to reintroduce the discontinued car.
Recently, AI-generated videos showing a supposed “Mehran 2025” went viral, leading some to believe the popular car might make a comeback. Several websites even speculated prices ranging from Rs 1.2 million to Rs 1.6 million without verifying the claims.
However, Pak Suzuki clarified that these rumors are completely false. The company stated it has no plans to develop a new Mehran model or relaunch the old one. They urged the public to ignore such misleading videos and reports.

The Suzuki Mehran, once a dominant car on Pakistani roads, was discontinued in 2019. Known for its affordability, simplicity, and reliability, it earned the nickname “The Boss.” Since then, Pak Suzuki has introduced newer models like the Alto to replace it.
