ABBOTTABAD: Three students were killed and eight others were injured when a speedy dumper hit a school vehicle near Lady Garden Abbottabad on Friday morning.
In the tragic accident, three children died on the spot, while five were seriously injured. As the incident was reported, the Rescue 1122 medical team immediately reached the scene and started rescue operations. The bodies of the deceased children and the injured were shifted to DHQ Hospital.
After the accident, the dumper driver fled the scene, and police have started a search operation to investigate the incident.
After the accident, a large number of citizens gathered at the scene, protesting strongly, closing Abbottabad Mansehra road for all types of traffic and demanding the immediate arrest of the driver.
