Three women killed in DI Khan shooting over personal enmity: Police

Shooting incident in Kurram district leaves two dead, 1 injured

Three women were gunned down in Ramak village of Dera Ismail Khan district over personal enmity here on Thursday late evening.

Police said three women were shot dead by their rival group inside a house in Ramak village in DI Khan. The accused managed to escape after the firing.

According to the police, the incident is a case of personal enmity. The accused entered the house and opened fire indiscriminately, as a result of which 3 women died on the spot.

According to the police, a woman had been killed between the parties before.

On receiving the information about the incident, a heavy contingent of police has reached the spot. The bodies of the deceased women have been shifted to the Tehsil headquarters hospital in Parwa.

The police say, the initial report and investigation by the relatives have named three accused: Haroon, Yunus and Siddique.

The police have started a preliminary investigation. 07 bullet shells were also found at the spot.

The police have also started a search on the outskirts to apprehend the accused.
