Traffic on Naran road has been suspended after a massive landslide struck the major artery of the area, disconnecting the tourist hotspot from the rest of the country.
According to Rescue 1122, the Balakot Road has been closed to traffic due to a landslide near the Hassa Bridge. Rescue 1122 Mansehra teams are on-site to respond promptly to any potential emergencies.
According to Abrar Ali, the District Emergency Officer of Mansehra, heavy machinery has been summoned to clear the road, and efforts are being made to restore it as quickly as possible. The public is requested to cooperate with the administration during this process.
