An 8-year-old innocent girl, Aafia, daughter of Muhammad Noor, was killed in an alleged drone attack by the Khawarij (TTP) in Tapi village of Mir Ali tehsil of North Waziristan.
In the attack, the explosive material was hidden in a cold drink bottle and dropped by a drone, which landed directly on the girl’s head.
Aafia was immediately shifted to DHQ Hospital Miranshah, but she succumbed to her injuries.
After the incident, evidence was collected that confirmed that the TTP marks were visible on the material used in the attack.
